The
objective of this college is to create a new medical science
through the harmonization of East and West. It aims to
achieve this through systemizing oriental medicine so
that the population's health and medical care are looked
after well into the future.
This curriculum is made up of two years of preparatory
courses and four years of regular courses. During the
preparatory courses, students will study liberal arts,
which will give them the basic grounding needed to become
oriental medicine practitioners and basic courses in oriental
medicine. During the regular courses, students will learn
about and practice basic medical sciences and clinical
medical sciences such as original text, medical herbs,
anatomy and pathology |

Introduction to the Major |
The premedical course of Oriental Medicine
teaches medicine by combining academic theories and clinical methods
about the lives of our people based on Eastern philosophy and natural
principles.
The curriculum is made up of two years of preparatory courses and
four years of regular courses. During the preparatory courses, students
will study liberal arts, which gives them the basic grounding needed
to become oriental medicine practitioners, and basic courses in oriental
medicine.
During the regular courses, students will learn about and practice
basic medical sciences and clinical medical sciences such as original
text, medical herbs, anatomy and pathology. This major also promotes
the internationalization of oriental medicine by keeping up with trends
in oriental medicine research and through an active exchange with
our sister university, the Beijing Chinese Medicine University of
China. |
