Introduction
This graduate school was originally
established in 1989 and later reorganized as the Graduate
School of Social Policy in 2007. The objective of this
graduate school is to encourage competent leaders and
managers who can effectively cope with the changes of
the 21st century public administrational and social environments,
such as; information-oriented environments, globalization
and localization. In order to realize this aim, the graduate
school established the Departments of Public Policy, Real
Estate and Social Welfare. This school teaches a curriculum
that reflects professional academic theories and their
methods of application. It also executes various academic
activities while offering special lectures for students
so that they can go on to become well-rounded, social
leaders.
